Sleek and minimalist, this home provides a beautifully spacious design on a 260m² block in the heart of Mt Lawley. With a large double height ceiling upon entry, the home invites you in with the open tread stair case and view to the open plan living and courtyard.
A statement front facade includes steel posts and bold rendered brickwork that is contrasted against the main render. The second storey features a skillion roof with Colorbond mini orb producing a modern elevation with clean lines. The main living areas are situated downstairs and incorporate a generously sized kitchen with island bench, raised timber study nook and polished concrete floors.
All the bedrooms are located upstairs for privacy. An additional upper living space and balcony and master suite were designed to open out to the balcony that faces the sunset on the horizon, creating space and seclusion for that retreat feel. The interior design and cabinetry was also completed by KTR Creations, keeping to a natural colour palette which combined crisp whites, warm timbers and cool greys.
