Design Consultation
For extensions and renovations, we usually meet on site. For new homes, we can meet in our Wangara showroom. We talk through your lifestyle, block, budget and goals so you can understand what is possible before committing too far.
Concept Design and Early Pricing
We create a concept design shaped around how you want to live. At concept stage, we can
also arrange preliminary builder pricing, so the budget can be tested while the design is still
easy to adjust.
Documentation and Approvals
Once the design is ready, we prepare the documentation needed for planning, working drawings, engineering coordination, energy reports and building permit requirements.
Builder Selection
Your completed plans and specifications can be sent to multiple builders, who price the
