We meet with you either on-site for extensions or in our showroom for new builds. During this session, we’ll discuss your lifestyle, needs, and preferences. We then create and provide you with a tailored concept design and detailed quote.
Design & Documentation
Our expert team creates a unique design for your home or development. We handle all necessary planning documentation and approvals as well as engineering energy reports and other third-party documentations required for a building permit.
Builder Selection
Once the design and documentation are completed, we can connect you with multiple builders to provide quotes. This allows you to compare apples with apples, in terms of price, giving you full transparency and flexibility.
