We meet with you either on-site for extensions or in our showroom for new builds. During this session, we’ll discuss your lifestyle, needs, and preferences to create a tailored concept design, followed by a detailed quote.
Design & Documentation
Our expert team creates a unique design for your home or development followed by builder estimations. We handle all necessary planning documentation and approvals as well as engineering energy reports and other third party documentations required for a building permit.
Builder Selection
Once the design and documentation are completed, we connect you with multiple to provide quotes. This allows you to compare apples with apples, in terms of price, giving you full transparency and flexibility.
